Where are you based, and do you work with clients in the US?
I am based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and most of my clients are remote, in Canada, the US and Europe. Saskatchewan stays on Central Standard Time all year, so working hours overlap well with both coasts.
Why hire a freelance web designer instead of an agency?
You work directly with the senior person doing the work, which means faster decisions and no quality lost between teams. For larger scopes I can bring in trusted partners, but you keep one point of contact.
Do you design only, or also build the website?
