Kulipa brand visual

Kulipa helps crypto wallets and fintechs launch their own branded payment cards, so people can spend their stablecoins anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted, like with a regular debit card.

We had already built Kulipa's launch branding at KLIMB when they were an early-stage startup. It did its job: get them to market fast. But as the company grew, the brand didn't keep up.

Kulipa needed to look like what it had become: a serious, reliable infrastructure player in a market that doesn't always inspire trust. And its offer, card issuing on top of crypto and Web3, is hard to explain in one sentence.

The challenge was twofold: make the brand more mature, and make the product easy to understand.

Rebranding. We explored several directions and iterated with the Kulipa team until we landed on an identity that feels premium and credible, without losing the energy of a startup.

Website. I designed a full set of pages built around one idea: explain a complex product simply, one step at a time.

Isometric illustrations. I created an isometric system that mixes real product UI with abstract shapes, to show how money moves from a wallet to a card without drowning people in jargon.

Product visuals and motion. I produced product visuals and animations for the site and marketing, so the brand feels alive and consistent everywhere.

The client was very happy with the result. The new brand gave Kulipa the credibility it needed to talk to bigger partners, and the website now explains in a few scrolls what used to take a full call.

Rebranding a brand you built yourself is humbling. You have to let go of what worked before to build what the company needs next.

And in fintech, clarity is a design feature.
