Freelance product designer for SaaS and AI products
I design SaaS and AI products end to end: user journeys, flows, interfaces and the design system behind them. And because I also write code, what I design is built to ship.
I designed and built Plume SEO, a self-hosted SEO and GEO studio, and Bidouille OS, the tool that runs a design studio from first call to final invoice. I bring that same product thinking to client teams.
/WHAT_I_DO
Product design from first flow to shipped interface
I start with the journey, not the screens: who uses the product, what they are trying to get done and where they get stuck. Then flows, wireframes and interfaces, tested in clickable prototypes before anything is built.
- User journeys, flows and information architecture
- Wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Clickable prototypes, in Figma or in code
- Design systems: tokens, components, documentation
- UX audits of existing products
/DESIGN_ENGINEER
A product designer who ships code
Building with AI moved the hard part of product work. Writing code got fast; deciding what deserves to be built became the real job. I work on both sides: I make the product decisions, and I can prototype them in code to test what feels right before your engineers commit.
For your developers, that means designs that respect real constraints, tokens that map to code, and components they can implement without guessing.
/DESIGN_SYSTEMS
Design systems that keep a team consistent
A good token, a clean component or a solid type scale saves a team more time than any single screen. I set up design systems in Figma with variables and tokens that map to your codebase, so design and code stay in sync. For GetMint, tokens set up early gave the team a system they can scale into product and marketing.
/ENGAGEMENTS
How we can work together
Every team is at a different stage, so the engagement adapts to yours:
- A defined project: a new feature, a redesign, an MVP
- An ongoing retainer, as your part-time senior product designer
- A UX audit with prioritized recommendations
- A design system setup or cleanup

Frequently asked questions
Should I hire a freelance product designer, an agency or a full-time designer?
A freelancer makes sense when you need senior design quickly without a long hiring process, or between hires. You get one experienced person embedded in your team; an agency adds coordination, a full-time hire adds months.
Do you do UX research?
Yes, at the scale the project needs: interviews, reviews of analytics and support tickets, and usability tests on prototypes. The goal is decisions, not a research report nobody reads.
Can you work inside our existing design system?
Yes. I work within your system and its constraints, and I improve or document it along the way if it needs it.
Do you write production code?
I prototype in code and built Plume SEO and Bidouille OS myself. On client products, I usually hand off to your engineers with tokens and components that map to your codebase, and I can pair with them on the front end.
Which time zone do you work in?
Central Time (Saskatchewan does not change clocks), which overlaps well with teams across Canada and the US.
